And i've just been on the bike ride to end all bike rides, right the way around Sunderland. Thats where ive been since 12.30pm -_-

Was really nice actually. Started off at the Ski Slope near where my house is, then followed small pathways into the town centre, then rode all the way over to Penshaw, crossed over into Herrington County Park and then finally back home B)

 

Feeling the effects of it now though.. my hands are blistered, i stink of sweat and I can hardly walk :lol:
