I don't know why the UK didn't get Lemar. We ALWAYS get c**p support in the UK, even for big stars like Beyonce we get some $h!t, unknown people. Justin we got Unklejam and at Christina we got Ms Dynamites brother! Pink we got some crapppppppppp band called Mudbone, worst people I've ever seen live. Why does this always happen?

Chancers was on T4 last year, Matthew (Beyonce's dad) picked them to support her. Some of the others who didn't win were pretty gd tho. I like Katy's voice tho its really soulful

Cause I had to catch the latest train otherwise I couldn't go home ;)

WOW! I went on Friday night in Birmingham and I had such an amazing time! Beyonce was lookin and sounding great. I'll post a full review along with my videos and pictures soon :D Anyone that was thinking of going - GO! You won't be disappointed.

I just got in not too long ago, but thats coz I missed the last train and ish, but I made it home b4 1.30am ;D

 

OK so I was all excited as I was a Beyonce concert virgin ;D I was on my way to Wembley and I got the underground, while we were waiting for the train there was a drunk man on the other side of the tracks shouting out "brother brother" and "wa g'wan", it was funny. But becoz the people he was listening to wasn't replying tp his 'brother calls' he reached inside his trousers and pulled out his dick and started p***ing on the track...I nearly choked on my Oreo :-[ Then he tried shaking some boy's hand lmao

 

Anywho when we got to the arena it was about 7pm (30 mins til the doors opened) so we decided to get our merchandise. I spent around $110 but damn was it worth it, I got a keyring, posters, the tour book and t-shirt with the tour dates all on them and a pic of B on the front.

 

When it was time to go in we went in got searched and then we went to our seats and were waiting for a while. They showed B's Samsung commercial like 6 times...u know I love that advert but c'mon...they also played loads of other ish but whatever. Then when they played Kelly's Like This every1 started screaming and then we thought B was gonna come on after but she didn't.

 

After the adverts had replayed a million and one times some group (can't remember the name of them, but they are signed to MusicWorld) came on and was warming up the crowd, they said they came all the way from Texas and then some people were cheering. Afterwards they handed the mic over to Matthew and people starting cheering, he was talking about Musicworld and his show Chancers (where he picked the supporting act for B’s show) and he asked the audience ‘Do y’all remember my fave word?’ Then every1 was silent *crickets* lmao and he said it was ….oops I 4got but it was a word which began with D... :-\

 

After he introduced the supporting act which was one of the girls who won chancers, called Katy, she sang about 3 tunes but not many people were too bothered we were just there to see B.

 

Then they played MORE adverts :-X they were sure keeping us in suspense.

 

20 mins later (around 8.50pm) B emerged from the stage and opened with CIL, she done that robotic thing at the beginning and I was lyk…that’s OUR Sasha ;D

 

I was in amazement, there she was infront of me, and she sang perfectly. I cant be bothered to describe every song, I’m still on a high, but everything was gr8 tonight. I’m looking f’ward to 2morrow, where I’ll have better seats.

 

I recorded nearly every song she sang, its audio so hopefully if I can I will upload them for y’all. When she left the stage after Irreplaceable most people thought that was the end but BB started playing some random tunes on her guitar and peeps weren't going nowhere then B came back and did Deja Vu in her lil orange dress. She did that towel thing where the people up front had to guess her middle name. Then it was outta 2 people and they had to guess what her fave drink was...one of them shouted out 'water' and B was like 'I don't even like water' ;D Then the other person shouted out summat and she said 'thats right'...I didn't hear tho :( Does any1 know what her fave drink is?

I have a feeling it was pepsi (cos she has a deal with them but I dunno) ???

 

This was an amazing night and I’ll never 4get it, damn I miss B already :'( If I had enough money in my account I'd fly to the US and see her again in concert...I'm accepting donations :D

Yeah she did sing that gnarles barkley 'crazy' as well. it was kinda at the ending of crazy in love.

 

It was so emotional lol. and when she cried I cried too lol. then I cried again when she sang Irreplaceable :'(. she was like 'ok so now i'm gona sing my favourite song on the album, its called irreplaceable' then the whole crowd sang so much of it without B and then when we finished she was like 'ohh that was so beautiful, thank you so much'.

 

Flaws and All, Irreplaceable, Deja Vu, Beautiful Liar, DC Medley and Speechless were my highlights.

Thanks for the review, sounds great. I'm going to see her in Cardiff on Tuesday and I can't wait.

She sang Gnarls Barkley's ''Crazy Part'' everywhere! and yes loadsa Samsung commercials + Kelly's Like This over & over again. Long waiting till Beyoncé came but it was definitely worth it. Well finally here's my review, this is a ''fan review'' I'm also gonna write '' a professional one '' lol.

 

The Beyoncé Experience!

 

Finally after waiting for months the time has come, may 18th, I’m going to Beyoncé! This morning I woke up with butterflies in my stomach, I was so excited! Finally I’m going to Beyoncé! Edwin & I ordered our tickets already back in October so we’ve waited enough months. At a quarter to 4 I arrived at the train station in Boxtel, my mom brought me. First I was going by train to Tilburg where I would meet Edwin and together we went by train to Rotterdam. I think we arrived at half past 5, from there on we had to go with the metro to Ahoy. None of us knew exactly how it worked so we asked a nice lady to help us with the ‘entering the metro part’. We arrived at Ahoy round 6pm and there were already so much people! Especially for the standing places, a whole row from beginning all over the square. On one hand I’m glad we had seats but on the other side, it would’ve been incredibly awesome if we could stand there all day and have front row places. Unfortunately we had to get back home by train too and we couldn’t make it if we didn’t have seats. We walked around a bit in hope we could catch some backstage looks and after that we waited till 6:40 pm when the doors finally openend. We waited an hour inside the venue and the first special guest Lemar appeared on the stage. Lemar sang 5 songs and I quiet liked it actually. After a few minutes Sharon came on stage, like Lemar Sharon sang 5 songs and I didn’t enjoyed this performance at all like many other people! We had to wait one hour before Beyoncé came up which was quiet long, actually too long but it’s all worth it!

 

After yelling, screaming & clapping for a few minutes finaly the lights went down and we heard some mysterious music. Lots of smoke came of the stage and a woman in a beautiful dress came up, Beyoncé! Behind her was a curtain of fireworks and all the people screamed and gave her a standing ovation. The show began with propably Beyoncé’s biggest solo hit so far, ‘Crazy In Love’ followed by Freakum Dress. Awesome dresses and I loved the whole stage effect! Freakum Dress & Greenlight were inspired by the videos for the songs cause like almost everything was the same.

Huge applaud when Beyoncé came back in another sexy a la Shakira outfit for the song ‘Baby Boy’ followed by Beautiful Liar, everybody knows the lyrics and it’s our current Nr. 1 song in the charts so everybody sang along. A few songs & outfits later Beyoncé sang the very famous Destiny’s Child songs in a medley and this was the highlight for many people, every song got it’s own look and colour. I’m not sure if the medley was followed by ‘Flaws & All’ or not, I don’t know when she exactly sang this song but it’s was definitely my favorite part of the whole show. They did some sort of stormy effect on the three big screens and I loved it, Beyoncé made funny faces at the beginning, did NOT scrap the word ‘b**ch’ and cried at the end before she was taken away by an angel. Of course she performed the American single ‘Ring The Alarm’ and she did the famous awesome dance, I was really looking forward for that and I absolutely loved it, just awesome. ‘Upgrade U’ & ‘Get Me Bodied’ are two of my favorite songs of the B’day album so I was happy she sang those songs too, very awesome. Beyoncé also sang ‘Check On It’, I love this song and I can fully sing this song along with Beyoncé, she did this song very funny. During ‘Listen’ we had to run to the other side of the venue and when ‘Irriplaceable’ almost finished we unfortunately had to leave to catch our train. This really sucked cause later we heard that we missed ‘Deja Vu’, I was already thinking when this song was coming into the show. Next time I’ll definitely make sure that I can stay at the concert till it’s finished.

Every concert I’ve been to so far was just awesome and this one is now one of my favorites too! Next time Beyoncé is coming, with or without Destiny’s Child that doesn’t matter, I’ll be there!

Oh Cheers :D Soz to be a pain and ask a second questions - but i read several reviews saying that she doesnt come on for ages (so im kinda glad im not standing like i had to do when waiting 4 Ms Christina) but approx. how long? The atmosphere will be worth it tho - jus hope she dont take it too far like Christina - i waited till 9 30 gone :o
