I got sent this album by someone on Melanie's forum the other night, and its brilliant!! VERY electronic which kinda surprised me, I really wish she had got to release it because its just great. I hope VB comes back to music!!!

Yep!! Let Your Head go was from a previous recording session but the label thought it was strong enough to be the lead single for the album, and This Groove was a new track that made up the double-A-side. The tracklisting is:

I remember it was splashed all over the front of a tabloid that it had leaked and it was the most terrible music ever invented and it was too embarrassing to be released. :mellow:

i never really got into posh's solo music but on saying that it wasnt as bad as the press made it out to be,i bought her album as i seen it for 99p and said i would it get to see what its like,

I love the new version of Let Your Head Go used on this, the intro is brilliantly and I love the way the ending seems to run into Open Your Eyes :wub:

Oh, the remix of LYHG is the only track I dont like it! Not even a patch on the amazing single version..

Wasn't it? I remember it was released mid-January in hopes of bagging the #1 in such a low sales period after the Christmas #1 had died down a bit and it was #2 in the midweeks and was at #3 by the time Sunday came. :( The promotional blitz for that single was HUGE. So huge that it even bankrupted the label Telstar and they had to drop plenty of acts (including Misteeq) to try and save themselves, which didn't work and they went belly up. :(

 

I absolutely LOVE Let Your Head Go, it was such a p*** take of herself and it really helped me warm to her. :wub:

One of the contestants on this years Big Brother UK mentioned she was a massive fan of VB and owned this unreleased album (the one that looks slightly like Victoria herself).
