What a busy time it must be for Sarah Harding. Not content with being part of the mega-successful Girls Aloud, the lass from Stockport has become the face (and body) of the Ultimo lingerie range, and is now all set to make cameo film appearances in Bad Day and St. Trinian's. Luckily for us, she has found a gap in her hectic schedule to catch up with Siren...

VM: Firstly, can we just say a massive well done on becoming the face and body of the super-sexy Ultimo.It's refreshing to know that real women with real curves can bag the plum jobs.

You look amazing every time we see you - what is your exercise regime?

Sarah: "I keep in shape with regular sessions at the gym to keep fit and toned, I try to get to the gym at least once a week when we're busy. If we're not, I go up to three times and my routine includes running, rowing and stomach crunches."

VM: What's lined up for the band? Can you tell us any hot gossip?

Sarah: "We are starting our Greatest Hits Tour this year and working on our next album. Sorry, no gossip from the girls at the moment!"

VM: Will Girls Aloud be playing V festival this year?

Sarah: "Absolutely no idea, we haven't been asked yet."

VM: You've released the Greatest Hits album - which is fabulous - but does this mean you're off on separate projects now?

Sarah: "We all have sidelines and support each other, but first and foremost our loyalty lies with the band's activity."

VM: If you could put together your own band, which female artists would you choose to be in your fantasy band?

Sarah: " Beyonce, Christina Aguilera, Madonna."

VM: What's your philosophy to life?

Sarah: "Live each day as if it's your last. Enjoy the moment."

VM: What's your favourite beauty buy?

Sarah: "Eyelash Curlers."

VM: Thongs or shorts?

Sarah: "Both."

VM: Nightie or pajamas?

Sarah: "Both; PJ’s if I am cold!"

VM: Do you see yourself as a lady or ladette? why?

Sarah: "A bit of both. I’m a total contrast!"

VM: Who is your style icon and why?

Sarah: "Kate Moss; she has great style."

VM: Where would you like to be whisked off for a romantic break?

Sarah: "Would love to go to Bali!"

VM: Who is your dream date? (we have many celebrity connections so could make your dream come true!)

Sarah: "My boyfriend of course! Or Brad Pitt!"

VM: If Justin Timberlake asked for your number - would you oblige or decline?

Sarah: "Any women would oblige!"

VM: Ladies the world over are so envious of your wardrobe, who is your favourite designer?

Sarah: "I like to mix and match – Vivienne Westwood and Top Shop."

VM: Finally, by now you will have rubbed shoulders with many celebrities.

What advice would you give to the likes of Britney Spears who like to display their underwear in public?

Sarah: "Don’t!"
