I have to praise Sir Alex for graciously accepting defeat and saying they were outplayed and didn't deserve to go through with a performance like that. Unlike a certain someone...

To be fair though Chelsea have played EIGHTY NINE games this season. In comparison to Liverpool's THREE.

being a Man Utd supporter, i have to agree with what Sir Alex said- we didn't deserve to go through!

Milan totally outplayed us- they deserve to win the whole thing- will be interesting against Liverpool, but I think Milan have it in the bag- they are too strong!

Hmm i'm not too sure. I think it'll be close but in Liverpool's squad compared to 2005 is much better where as Milan's is much worse...

Milan's man main is Kaká, he's their strong point and generally everything they do good happens because of them so I think if Livepool keep him at bay they should hopefully come away with the European cup for the 6th time.

yeah i agree

this year Shevchenko is gone, Dida is in a very bad shape ... poor Ancelotti

On the whole they're just a team of old men. They've all got much more experience that a lot of Liverpool's players, but they've just no pace. If someone like Bellamy or Pennant runs at them, chances are it'll lead to a goal scoring oppotunity, or something along those lines.

AC Milan are just lucky to be even in the CL this season, yet alone in the final...

I am their fan, but yeah, if you look only at their defense:

Dida, Nesta, Maldini ... they are all quite old ... it's true that now Oddo is there, Jankulovski too but still ...

and KAKA' himself cannot do nothing alone ...

The final between them 2 years ago was just ... :w00t:  three goals in 6 minutes, that was really unbelievable

i personally hate the penalties ... they have nothing to do with football playing i think ...
