Currently Amerie- Take Control is the highest selling song that's physically released on Monday on iTunes, since R&B always sells better on physicals, could this be next weeks no. 1? It's A listed on Radio 1 and has heavy rotation on the SKY music channels.

I've still got a feeling that McFly or Akon could do it. Or even Beyonce & Shakira could hold on. She's a definite Top 5 though methinks

Mcfly's Transylvania has been on the music channels alot

people must be hearing it as its been on singles chart via downloads only for over a month now and thats unsual for a mcfly track

and its even helped the album go back in the charts aswell

I would love for Amerie to be number one. And altough at one stage I thought it might..I just think that bloody Akon will do it. Or even McFly (It will drop like a stone mind, but still prob get to number one)

I don't think it will be Akon, he's at 10 on iTunes and while RNB/Hip-Hop sells better on Physicals, Amerie has the lead on Downloads so I think she'd carry that with her onto Physical sales. Beyonce & Shakira are a contender but we'll have a better idea when we see their sales for this week. Gym Class Hero's will sell a lot, when are they physically released again? As for McFly, they won't sell more than around 32,000. So if Amerie can beat that, she will be no. 1
