I don't like this Rihanna song at all (ella ella ... it's so bad) but she deserves a number 1 finally.

I have to vote for Rihanna - It has a great video, a brilliant verse but a rubbish chorus.

 

Which is still superior to a track by Snow Patrol that sounds like an album track at best; and an awful 3rd rate Duran Duran single by Maroon 5. (Although Maroon 5 look likely to be pipped for worst comeback single of the year by the shockingly & surprisingly tuneless new offering by Kelly Clarkson). :lol:

I think Rihanna's song is the best of that bunch. The Snow Patrol track is a little dull (and I usually like their stuff), and Moron 5 certainly don't deserve to be number one.

 

Interestingly, if Rihanna does get to number one she will share something in common with Gnarls Barkley's Crazy (getting to number one in the UK without a physical release) which is slightly ironic as it was Crazy that stopped her getting to number one with S.O.S.
