May 20, 200719 yr May I say yet ANOTHER R&B #1. :D Great #1's from Beyoncé, Timbaland and now Rihanna this year, hopefully more to come. Its long overdue success for R&B here in Britain, though British R&B has yet to get much recognition, and I would rather Amerie had got to number 1 than B&S had a 4th or whatever week last week :(
May 20, 200719 yr Well Beyonce was more of a dance #1 considering we all know which version is selling...
May 20, 200719 yr R&B was the most popular genre from 2001 to 2005, so I dont think its THAT long overdue. Its about time pop or dance came back to the charts again, those were dominating the charts way back in the 90s and 2000.
May 20, 200719 yr I told you she would be number one, you DENIED it, you TEASED, I TOLD YOU :yahoo::yahoo: Well, I'm glad she's made it so that outweighs everything I said before. B)
