Follow up albums to debuts are doing so badly, James Blunt will have a near miss later on in the year.

I wouldn't say the Scissor Sisters or Kaiser Chiefs albums have done badly. Both have sold well enough. You can't expect them to match the millions shifted by their debuts because they were flukes, thing of the moment etc.

I have a feeling Blunt will sell by the crateload. <_<

Ahhh R.Kelly, one of the best male artists out there

She's Got That Vibe, Ignition, The World's Greatest & Gotham City are by far his best tracks. :yahoo:

This is pretty good too

I agree. Scissor Sisters have sold more than a million copies of their recent album, that's BRILLIANT. But people say it's a flop because it hasn't sold TWO million

Generic, bland, typical chav rubbish.

I wouldn't be surprised if Blunt has a bigger sophmore slump than NB, he's became a hate figutre since his first albums and due to overwhelming public demand, has had his songs banned from certain radio stations.

How bland and pretty lame-ish, his tracks sounds all same-ish
The only song to do well of that SS album is that awful dancing track :puke2:

I doubt it. The Oaps and housewives of Britain will give him many more pounds for his pocket yet. They're an even bigger force to be reckoned with than McFly fans or chavs.

Oh, how I prefer the chart music of 2006! :(

Hasnt Scissor Sisters' 2nd album sold a million and gone 3x platinum?

Ill laugh if James Blunts comeback is really successful ^_^

'Take Control', takes an authoritative approach to love. Produced by Amerie, Len Nicholson, Mike Caren, and Cee-Lo, the song oozes attitude. Over a funky guitar and punctuated horns, a confident Amerie urges her love to take the initiative.

'Everything Is Average Nowadays' is the second single lifted from Kaiser Chief's recent longplayer, 'Yours Truly, Angry Mob'. Arriving on the back of the Number One single 'Ruby', 'Everything Is Average Nowadays' finds the band spitting with faux vitriol, and is the thread linking 'Yours Truly...' with their debut album 'Employment'. - HMV

I love the Kaiser Chiefs, Too bad this tune will be the group lowest chart single since the original release of "I Predict A Riot" which reached #22 in late 2004
