May 27, 200719 yr Oooh :D The Fray ahead of Sophie, I predict Aly's going to kill someone :kink: Her album being top 10 makes up for it, we all know The Fray will be one hit wonders anyway so let them. :kink:
May 27, 200719 yr GRRR The Fray are the most $h!t band ever!!! Disappointed Sophie couldnt sell more than the fray in her second week compared with their 19th week
May 27, 200719 yr With an album which looks set for a top 10 placing and a single which has only dropped 3 places in the same week is what I would call a pretty GOOD week for Sophie
May 27, 200719 yr 24 Jamie T - Sheila 23 (from 27) Kaiser Chiefs - Ruby [P] http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/PRERELCDSRUBY.JPG Chart Run: 2-2-1-2-3-6-8-7-9-10-19-23-29-29-27-23 [16 wks] Release date: 19-2-2007 Availability: normally ships in 24 hours Number of Discs: 1 Catalogue Number: BUN119CD Label: BUNIQUE Kaiser Chiefs make their triumphant return in 2007 with the brand new single 'Ruby’. The past year has seen the band who, despite not releasing any singles or an album this year continue to hoard awards like they were going 'out of fashion' - Ivor Novello, Brits and NME awards amongst others - as well as edging towards two million album sales in the UK. 'Ruby' follows the trajectory initiated by 'Oh My God' back in 2004, 'I Predict A Riot', and 'Modern Way' in 2005, whereby the Kaiser Chiefs wield their pop suss and uncanny knack of penning songs that tell their own story coupled with an unerring ear for brilliant melodies that oozes a band at the top of their game so much so that to many it may surpass much of their previous album. A band who have found their collective musical feet and who have managed to move on and make an album they wanted to make...and one they are immensely proud of! - HMV Video here: JMDcOViViNY track listing 1. May 27, 200719 yr  This has to be the 2nd worst and most overplayed song this year after The Fray  :arrr:
May 27, 200719 yr The thing that annoys me about 'Ruby' is, it has such a great intro, then after 30 seconds just drifts off into sheer banality. :manson:
May 27, 200719 yr I can't believe how massive 'Ruby' has been :o I expected the Arctic Monkeys effect - the comeback single goes in high and then falls like a brick. But it's sold shedloads :o
May 27, 200719 yr With an album which looks set for a top 10 placing and a single which has only dropped 3 places in the same week is what I would call a pretty GOOD week for Sophie   Exactly ^_^ And I hope the Kaisers' new entry is next, its so awful.
May 27, 200719 yr The thing that annoys me about 'Ruby' is, it has such a great intro, then after 30 seconds just drifts off into sheer banality. :manson: Its actually one of the very few decent indie tracks this year. FAR better than anything by Razorlight, Arctics etc.
May 27, 200719 yr Not that bad of a fall for Scooch considering it's nearly out of the iTunes top 100 already :o :o

May 27, 200719 yr Scooch didn't fall as much as I thought. I think the Kaisers will suffer the Scissor Sisters affect with the other singles off the album anwyay. Especially as their new one sounds like a $h!tter version of 'Everyday I Love You Less + Less'. Even the titles are similar. :manson:
