DEAD SAD seeing Craig/Guy go, i remember when he first joined with the full Dean family ... seems so long ago now. I cried when he said goodbye to Frankie.
I agree he was a decent character. 5 years he was in it, not bad for hollyoaks, a lot last just a couple of years
Guy was a fantastic actor (In the latter months) and It's sad that the wonderful McDean storyline has come to an end. =[

Am I the only one not that fussed over JP? He betrayed one of his so-called-mates with her fiance/his best mate, and then manipulated things so that she found out in the cruelest way possible? Yet we're supposed to be thinking "oh poor heartborken JP". Right now he's one of the most selfish characters on the show, he can go on the over-rated character pile with Justin.

Although the ACTOR is doing a fine job, it's just the character I'm not fussed on.

James Sutton is fantastic, and I loved the McDean relationship <33 but I'm very much looking forward to what John Paul has to offer next.

Shoat, You have to think, he did all the thing's he did for love.

Yeah, I'm with you.

I used to like the character, but I've gone off him a lot.

Yes, but really, if any other character on any other soap had done what JP did, they'd have been seen as being a bit of a bast*rd/b**ch. For example, Izzy in Neighbours, Jo in Emmerdale, Naomi in Eastenders; I don't see why JP should be any different.

She played someone also called Claire LOL

she was Nigels daughter

them people that Dot used to live with

Wow, I thought I recognised her from somewhere :o That was ages ago, and you're right I really don't think she'd go back there. Who is there to go back to?

Dot?!

Dot?!

It does say that in the paper

We are having new students in Hollyoaks in October, so does anyone know if any of the others are leaving.

I want Jessica to stay in it for a while yet, she is funny.

But I hate that other girl, the one that goes out with Darren...

It say's in The Sun, that she's going back to see Dot or something, but she's hiding a secret because everytime someone mentions Nigel, she freezes up.

Can't wait. Gemma is fantastic.

On 22 September 2007, it was announced that Gemma will be reprising her role as Clare Bates in EastEnders. She will return on-screen in Jaunary 2008.

:o :o

I'm quite surprised because I really don't remember her being that close to Dot tbh, it was mainly Grant Mitchell, Nigel, her mum and the Jacksons - none of which are left. And it's also weird because soaps NEVER bring back teeny characters with the same actor (aka. Stephen Beale in Eastenders).

This is probably why she has left Hollyoaks, as if it is true then Eastenders will show her off to a wider audiance than Hollyoaks can.

She don't start filming until December, I think they might have waited until after she finished her stint at Claire, then approched her.

However when one evil character dies, another always takes their place.

May I introduce what could be the new bad boy of Hollyoaks

Actor Richard Cambridge has joined the cast of Hollyoaks - almost 10 years after his first audition with the soap.

Cambridge initially auditioned for the role of original Hollyoaks bad boy, Kurt Benson. However, producers gave the part to former-Celebrity Big Brother 3 contestant Jeremy Edwards.

Now, the 30-year-old is to appear as Peter Webster, a flirtatious careers advisor at Hollyoaks High.

A show source revealed to Digital Spy: "Pete is friendly, flirty and has the gift of the gab. He's definitely got an eye for the ladies but beneath his welcoming exterior, there's a more sinister side to him.

"He's prone to preying on vulnerable and naïve women by earning their trust before making his move. But if a girl turns down his advances, he'll not be afraid to use psychological manipulation to get what he wants."

They added: "If his lecherous behaviour goes unchecked, he can turn very ominous…"

Speaking of his casting, Cambridge told DS: " I'm absolutely thrilled to have been chosen for this role having been up for Jeremy Edwards' part of Kurt, 10 years ago."

Careers guru Pete Webster's first scenes are due to air on Monday, November 1.

Dun-dun-dun!!

He sounds exactly like Warren  And I guess if he auditioned for the part of Kurt, he's about the same age as well...
