I think we can rule Tom out. I have a niggling feeling that Sasha or Leo might have something to with it. Even possibly Katy..

that leaves o.b and max. o.b doesn't really have the motive to kill clare.

 

 

I don't know, Mel died partly as a result of Claire, I'd say that was motive enough.

Had Katy ever realised Claire was evil though? And wasn't she watching Justin getting run over when Claire was pushed?

I do agree though the 5 suspects might be a distraction.

There's so many people it could potentially be. I wouldn't even rule Mandy making another comeback and taking revenge for Tom.

He attacked Claire only earlier that night when she started goading him about the Mel subject... It also took him ages to get back to being mates with Max again as he even held him partly responsible for not believing Mel in the first place. Whether it's come off on screen or not, I think we're supposed to believe there is still a lot of unresolved anger about that. Not to mention that he's almost as close to Tom as Max is.

yeah, but he already had ill feelings that night with what happened to tom and clare demanding money from max. when she said the comments about mel, they did anger him but i personally don't believe they angered him enough to kill her. i mean, it really isn't his battle to begin with. he's just a close friend of max's.

There's also the fact that Claire came close to killing OB off whilst he'd been in hospital after the fire. Individually maybe these things are not enough, but maybe the Mel and Tom things put together push him over the edge?

 

Although I don't think it was OB, my money at the moment is on

Calvin. Especially as he was apparantly axed a few months ago

i really want something to happen to Jessica cos lately she seems so happy-go-lucky. the only bad thing that has happened lately to her is she became poor. oh wow!
