VIDEO:

(Ignore those blatant "Verizon Phone" Plugs. Their not really in the video, but this is a sort of advert)

it will, look how populer he is at the moment??!!!

Most people won't buy it though - I'd hardly say his popularity has increased dramatically in the year since 3121, which only made #9, and Black Sweat missed the top 40. I'd make a guess at low top 30 at best and probably #45.

yeah but what about the 140,000 people who bought tickets for his tour??

and downloads are aloud in the chart now, if loads of people download it early or before its released its bound to be a hit

Downloads were allowed for Black Sweat which still didn't do well.

And I doubt the majority of those 140,000 became fans in the year since 3121, hence why I'm certain this won't go top 20 and is quite unlikely to go top 40.

those 140,000 people had probably forgot about prince, alot of people lost interest after the whole "Crystal Ball" disaster, than most people relised hes doing a tour and thought "Why Not" and bought tickets. the prince website Housequake.com gained 100's of 1000's of new members becuase f the tour, and if this gets more airplay (Black Sweat got none) it could do well

Musicology brought lots of fans back so I doubt they all 'forgot' about Prince tbh  Although airplay may be a factor ^_^ I'd say the most he could sell for this would probably be between 5-10K in the first week, but I still doubt that it will go top 20, low top 30 probably the limit.

^^^ Planet Earth album cover

Prince has never ever been one for nice artwork... but that one is particularly hideous.

im not sure if thats the final vesion, its got 3121 written in the background!!

where do you predict guitar will reach??

If it's released in the dead part of June, it might make it in at about #35.

Agreed ^_^

how about the album?? thats a likely no 1??

Definitely a top 3 in my eyes, I'm not sure about #1 after 3121 but definitely top 3 with a chance of #1, will definitely go #1 in the US though :D

acording to one of princes "Paisly Park" workers on prince.org, Musicology and 3121 were just warm up albums compared to this!! its gotta be good then cos those album were amazing

I predict Top 20 at least.
Youre delluded! No way is this going to be a hit - top 30 at best. Album top 5.
