Butterly.

 

It's beautifully written (by Mariah, of course) the tracks are sleek and powerful with a hell of a lot of emotion injected into them and for me that makes it Mariah's best album by a country mile.

Going to be a long wait for my vote as I have all the albums in question.

That is very hard, but I said The Emancipation of Mimi. I really like that album.

I've voted for Music Box, which was a dificult decision! Favourites include Hero, Without You, Never Forget You and Anytime You Need a Friend.

 

I really do love The Emancpation of Mimi, it did make me a fan of Mariah after all, and it has so many great tracks (Mine Again, I Wish You Knew, Stay The Night, Circles and of course We Belong Together)

 

Charmbracelet is also a really great album, not necessarily vocally, but the lyrics really do mean something. Favourite tracks on that album include Through The Rain, Yours, Subtle Invitation and of course, I Only Wanted :wub:

 

Butterfly is next, probably becuase of the personal attachment it has to Mariah, after the diorvce and all. Lyrically, I think this is her 2nd best album. Favourites of course include the beautiful Butterfly, My All, Fourth of July, Breakdown (recently got back into this), The Roof and Whenever You Call.

 

Daydream, some cite this as Mariah's greatest album. I'm don't think that, but I do love it a lot. Highlights include One Sweet Day, Fantasy, When I Saw You and Forever :wub: I do think that the single releases from this album are probably the best from any of her albums actually

 

Glitter gets an honourable mention, panned by critics but I really think it's a great album. I know I may be biased but when I first got this album I really loved it. "Mariah Carey", purely for the fact it contains Vision of Love and Prisoner :wub:

 

Greatest Hits and #1's would have most likely got my vote, but I decided to vote for studio album instead

5. the emancipat of mimi fly like a bird, we belong together, and ITS LIKE THAT are outstanding..

6. music box Hero, everything fades away AND without you are fabolous

7. rainbow i loooove petals and thank god i found you, against all odds her 3rd best cover

8. emotions can't let go should have went to no. #1 and make it happen also

9. merry christmas (all i want for christmas is you is the most famous christmas song all around the world)

10. mariah carey see i'm not a fan of the OLD mariah so much anymore.. i like this album but its too soft for me though

 

from her personal style i would prefer the #1's mariah she then was the most beautiful woman ever 1998, i don't like the 1990-92 mariah.. but since music box she looks so sweet.

and her best tour obviously was the daydream tour and her best recent tour was the charmbracelet tour..

Obviously Greatest Hits.

 

Out of the two studio albums that own - Music Box is better than Daydream.

See everyone seems to love Music Box but I find it really samey. :unsure:

Music Box is rather bland i think.

 

Rainbow is my least favourite album.

I don't own all her albums.I only have :

 

Mariah Carey ,Emotions, Music Box ,Daydream ,Merry Xmas,and Greatest Hits.

 

 

Her debut album is by far the best,and is the main one that i listen to ! 'Prisoner' is my fav Mariah song,but I absolutely love every track on that album.

Well i only have 1 Mariah album but the album with my fav singles from would either be:
