I actually went a bit shivery when I watched that :o This has to be Top 5 surely, I don't see #1 though...

Her best video to date. Very emotional, particularly with the eldery man who had lost his wife.

 

Good ending to it too, adds so much power to the already brilliant song. I hope this gets #1
