Did this do anything chart-wise in the end?

I think it 're-entered' the album chart at...I want to say #69 but I'm not sure.

Love S.U.S

Wasn't expecting anything new from her for quite a while (I mean I know she's working on her new album, but...), so this is a great surprise!

Is it getting a proper release then?

this was actaully a good album. many slept on it though.

People that like SUS should listen to the Switch and Santogold remix of Shake It To The Ground. These two songs go nice together.

Saw someone on last.fm posting about this...:

I think I might commit the rest of my life to learn that dance routine. Eee.

Also, let's all agree this is Maya's best song, yes?

That is a good video. It is.]

Mild anticipation for her forth record. She's recording with HITMAKER producers like Swizz Beats etc etc

Oh is she? Crikey.

It had better be a step-up from '/\/\ /\ Y /\'... at the time I absolutely adored it but looking back it was such a disappointment after her first two records. I still think it's a good album but that's it really.

WHERE WERE YOU IN 92?

Pleasantly surprised!

That dance routine is very good, especially the ending.

XR2 is one of my favorite songs from Kala (which is definitely in my favorite album of all-time top5).

The first two albums were 9.5/10s for me. Rare for someone to create two near flawless records in a row. It's her who got me into more alt/indie music when I was 15 so she holds some sort of "symbolic" place in my heart. 'Maya' was dirge compared to the first two in all honestly. A few strong moments like 'Tell Me Why' and the mixtape was good but otherwise just a load of racket.

She's apparently worked with Polow and the Cataracs. Not quite sure what this will mean in the long term?

'/\/\ /\ Y /\' definitely had its good points (especially 'Illygirl', God knows why that was just a bonus track) but was nothing as good as the first two, like you say. I prefer 'Kala' to 'Arular' but both would be in my top 10 albums ever.

I think working with Swizz Beatz could be good, I'm a big fan of a lot of his work. As for the Cataracs? Not so much...

Still, whatever she comes up with I'll lap up I'm sure, at least at first.

I doubted there was even gonna be a new album. I thought she was gonna quit making music.

Very excited for her new output.
