Well thats only a small consolation :( The album is climbing slightly, I can only hope it continues to do so in the coming weeks.

It's got the airplay as well. All the reviews right from the word go picked this song out as a highlight. I remember when she dropped the mixtape she was talking to Trevor Nelson on Radio 1 and he was like 'Gotta Work is amazing, it HAS to be on the album!'.

It's a decent track but nowhere near as good as Take Control for me. Plus the pretty basic video didn't really help it much. Shame she's flopping though she's very talented. :(

Loads of people seem to hate Touch, I actually think it's a really decent song and prefer it to Gotta Work. :o

Gotta Work is my second favourite Amerie song, my favourite being 'Talkin' About'

Not sure but at least the single is up 5 places from yesterdays midweek.

Beyonce might take over :(

Sales might be really close this week but it's great she's climbed 5 places from yesterday.

 

I'm quite confident it will manage top 20 :P

if the single makes top 20 and album top 75 i will be happy ^_^

Single is top 20 in today's midweeks so it's climbed at least 3 places from yesterday :yahoo:

 

Hopefully it'll land at No.15 or 16 which wouldn't be that bad at all :)
