I think it's a given that, for me, Will outshines the rest but - Will aside - the 'Best' on that list are Joss and Bev jointly.

There isn't really a 'Worst' but Charlotte stands out as being the least soulful singer.

Voted Beverley Knight for best, James and Joss are great as well. Charlotte Church for worst.

I accidentally voted for Mutya as the worst cos I didn't read it properly so strike my one vote off her percentage please.

Best for me would be Mutya and worst would be probably Charlotte Church who I like but isn't a soulful singer. This is such a mixed bag and as a poll it's very hard to choose.

Best Will and Simon - could only vote for one though :D

Worst, I don't know a couple of them, but voted for Charlotte Church, as I don't like her pop stuff.

Will for me - particularly live when he can really show all the tones in his voice. Beverley would be a close second.

Had to go for Charlotte for worst in this category, like her but her voice doesn't say soulful to me.

My favourites are Will Young, James Morrison, Nate James, Beverley Knight, Simon Webbe, Charlotte Church with my favourite being Will Young and least favourites being Joss Stone and Alice Temple.

wow you mean your the only person on buzzjack who actually knows who Alice Temple is and has heard her voice.

 Will tops best and almost the worst list as well! Well I voted for Will as best and Mutya as worst. Will has the most unique voice out of the lot, and is a consistently good live performer. Beverley Knight would come a very close second, she's amazing. I've judged Mutya purely on live performances with Sugababes, though, as I haven't heard her solo yet. I thought she was ropey as a live singer in Sugababes.

well ive only heard the latest single but must get round to seeing if my mate will copy the Groove Amada album. based on that single dont think i'll bother adding the album to my sugababes albums but then again dont think i'll bother adding any other sugababes albums to the pile now.

Fav is James Morrison  but also love Joss....I didn't know who Nathan Moore was so I just picked him for worst lol cos I didn't not like any of the others!

For the worst I was torn between Will Young & Beverley Knight because I find their music equally bad.

Went for Will Young in the end because of his silly smirk.

For my fave of those listed I went with Joss Stone - no contest

you dont know who Nathan Moore is  he is the evil genius behind James Fox, Lisa Scott-Lee, Jessica Garlick and infamous trannie popstars show Boys Will Be Girls.

however he is most famous for being in the boyband called Worlds Apart*

 Worlds Apart - Je Te Donne

* well thats if you think being big in France rates more than inventing the honeytraps and being one of those dudes called up to do one of those cheesy countdowns

if Joss Stone's records were made by the same people as Will Young and Beverley Knight would it be equally as bad????

so is that singing or for that infamous TV TV show  and Lisa Scott Lee

Both! But, he really isn't a great singer imo, just average!

In terms of pure vocal ability I wouldn't look much further past Beverley Knight.

James Morrison and Will Young also have brilliant vocals, but I don't always like their material. Jamelia and Simon Webbe are the other way around. Vocally they're not amongst the best, but I've loved their past couple of albums.
