I expect it could easily be and why not?

It's no different from XFactor really, Lee is a very popular winner of a very popular tv show :D

I'd stake my house on it. I still expect it to challenge for this week's number one on downloads only. People happy to spend a quid or whatever each time they voted for him aren't going to think twice about shelling out another quid so they can listen to it on their shiny iPods.

Never thought I'd see this song return to number one, but looks like it will happen again. Stupid next generation etc.

It only downloads to a PC according to the website.

Anyway, as Marguerite says, he is a very popular winner of a very popular show. If he gets to No.1 good luck to him.

Well it is for charity so best of luck to Lee.

I haven't heard the single but for me Lee's strength over the others lay in his visual interpretation which I'm not sure will come over in a recording. I felt there were one or two better singers in the show.

I'm sure he will make a fantastic Joseph but I hope that with Louis Walsh involved this successful single doesn't lead to an album of covers, as for me he's a budding star in musical theatre not a recording artist.

jason donovan should have re released his version afte rim a celeb as i like his version

Rim a celeb? Did you have any particular celeb in mind?

It's a pile of S-hit

Spells big -hit then. <_<

Am I the only one here who likes his version of Any dream will do? :o
I'm having horrid visions of it selling loads of physicals and beating Avril to #1 :(
Lee was my favourite Joseph and I think he could release some great records, but this isn't one of them, so I won't be buying. I did think it would have been straight to the top of the download chart, but I'm sure physical sales will more than make up for it next week, but maybe not selling as much as I had expected.

I hope not :puke2:

I thought the whole show was fixed for him from Week 1 :puke2:

Hence the reason Daniel was booted out so early :(

It will definitely be number 1 next week though not with the huge sales we come to expect from the winners of these shows. 3 million votes were cast on the night with Lee gaining 49% of them. I have read of people voting 40+ times for him so given this & the fact he isn't launching a pop career & people voted for him to see him in the theatre I think his sales will be around 50-60k.

Val for once we seem to agree. It was sad to see Daniel go so early in the competition. After his departure there was always only going to be one winner.
