That happened in a place I worked for as well. Nice calm approachable manager was replaced by a gushy person I couldn't stand. :arrr:

 

Just staying overnight. I am planning to show him a picture of a place where I got stuck. :lol: I have since lost weight and am able to get up and down safely now. :lol:
