My dad is from maidstone, i have family business to attend there tomorrow..........All my family tree on my dads side are from Kent...Its a beautiful place, we used to go on holiday there as kids regularly......Ive visited a few places there

It's a small world indeed! Me and Twinkle get to know eachother on BuzzJack and it turned out we're living in the same town :o

:lol: Aylesford, East and West Malling, all of that area and Cranbrook....We have family scattered all over Kent and yes prob in Rainham too.... :o gawd we could be cousins or sommat :rofl: :rofl:

 

It was freezing down there on Thursday...proper frosty, we had a lovely drive in on Thursday morning tho with all the frost on the trees it looked really pretty......I love kent its a beautiful place :wub: , always takes me back to being a kid again... :lol: I lived down there too for a while when i was a kid

No. I went to Canterbury Cathedral. Special family links with that one. Also visited Sandwich and a few other places.

Yep ive been myself, we used to go to Leeds castle a lot, that was one of our faves.......Love the houses and old buildings in Kent.....they are part of Kents beauty and really make the place what it is......
