The singer in Killer Queen sounds extremly familar, his name is gone out of my head. I was thinking the lead singer of Travis, but no. It does'nt sound live anyway, and I am very suprised it's taken this song for this to crop up if it is indeed Rob, especially if it's years old. :wacko:

Oh I know, but a song written with Queen and Guy Chambers would surely be special enough to release. Maybe it was'nt good enough. :(

I think Killer Queen is Robbie. Particularly sounds like him at the very start. But I think he's singing in a 'Freddiesque' way. ^_^

Can't find anything about Rob covering it on google. I did however, find a list of acts who have done it, and guess what, Travis are one. I'll try and download it off limewire and see if it's the same :P

Scotty, It's on the Real Player catalogue too. When you play the track it states Artist: Robbie Williams...it is definetly Rob's vocal without a doubt...you might get other versions on Limewire...many people have covered that particular song

IT IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Arrrghhhh

This is all I found on youtube. A clip of Travis singing it, but it's live therefor sounds different. It was a B-side to 'Sing', off to try and get the studio version. I find it very hard to believe. Rob's voice just does not sound like that, and I can't see how it was hidden away all these years and nothing can be found when you google it. It does sound like Fran from Travis. I knew the minute I heard it and I'll try and prove it by getting the studio version. ^_^

 

Ah but Scotty...there is a subtle difference between the Mp3 I sent you and this Travis performance...I swear on my mams life thats Robbie Williams...listen to the lyric where he sings "guaranteed to blow your mind"
