June 22, 200718 yr eeep, it's at the 02 isn't it? I can't wait!! Get ready to toot your horns... The Spice Girls have finally signed up for their reunion world tour. The 25-date extravaganza will begin in London this December, the Daily Mirror reports. An insider revealed: "This deal has taken years to sign off. But finally all of the girls are on board. "It's going to be one of the most phenomenal pop events ever. No expense is being spared to make this an unrivalled spectacular." And no expense that certainly is... the gals are cashing in big time, reportedly pocketing a whopping £10million apiece. The group will announce the event in more detail next Friday in London. The tour will mark the first time the band have performed together since May 1998. After the London kick-off, the paper reports the girls will travel through Europe, the Far East, America and the Middle East to the end of January. http://showbiz.sky.com/showbiz/article/0,,...1271771,00.html
June 22, 200718 yr Author Richard & Judy: Playing all videos (perfect timing for Stop to the top campaign!) VERY good positive interview with ex Smash Hits editor & Radio 1 producer ( :o good to get radio 1 on side). Played an old interview too. Spiceworld has started rotatin'!!!!! Yaaaaaaay :yahoo:
June 22, 200718 yr Author :cheer: i wish they were doin more than just London though in the UK -_- I know, it looks like it's just gonna be london in UK. I'm really worried about tickets, just gonna try best to get some and then enter every competition going to try for better seats. I think they'll do london, go round world then finish again in london
June 22, 200718 yr aww if only they reunite again and make a new album... *snif* that would be amazing. They are magical...
June 22, 200718 yr I don't think it'll just be London ... it just says it'll BEGIN in London ... and a 25 date tour, they could do 3-4 UK dates then the rest in other European places and a couple of US?
June 22, 200718 yr Seems like I'm the only one not being excited about the so-called "come-back of the year", i.e a re-reccored track and a best-of. Wow.
June 23, 200718 yr I hope it comes at least as far north as the MEN so I can go :cheer: London is a bit too far for a penniless me even for the Spices
June 23, 200718 yr Author I'm from Manchester (quite shocked at number requesting MEN!) Manchester is the biggest indoor arena in the UK so we could keep our fingers crossed but I'm thinkin' they're more likely to play London and Cardiff stadiums, but then they could always do Man City ground like Take That did ;)
June 23, 200718 yr They've GOT to be doing stadiums. If they come to Manchester, i reckon they'll play the City stadium.
June 23, 200718 yr omg YES, they must do manchester stadium coz i HAVE to go... How much do you think the tickets will be? and when do you think it will be hopefully after sept so my sis can come
June 24, 200718 yr I reckon they'll charge £35-£40 per ticket. And i might, just might go and see them.
