What is Fence Collective? Does it exist or has it been made up by some hack to describe Scottish folk-orientated music?

Well you know how various artists signed to Bad Boy or G-Unit collaborate with each other and appear on each other's labels. well its a bit like that (but obv with no Fiddy ), but with loads of artists based around the Fence Record label.
