Friday, June 29, 2007 Michael Jackson has blasted U.S. reports he is suffering from a mystery illness, branding the rumors "defamatory" and "malicious". News emerged earlier this month alleging the Thriller hitmaker was unwell and had been prescribed medication for his illness - reports Jackson denies. The star has also spoken out to dismiss recent reports which claim the singer accused his older brother Randy of attempting to steal money from him during his child molestation trial in 2005. the king of pop also dismissed reports that he is to embark on a tour of Europe, insisting he has no plans to hit the road anytime soon. The singer was alleged to have given up on plans to relaunch his career in Las Vegas, opting to perform a series of live dates in Europe and the Far East instead. But the pop star claims the reports are all false, as he is busy working on his forthcoming album. His representative, Raymone Bain, tells Access Hollywood, "Despite reports to the contrary, "Mr. Jackson is not bedridden nor on any type of medication including painkillers. "In fact, Mr. Jackson is doing very well, and conducted a meeting with his advisors yesterday, which included Former Attorney General Benjamin R. Civiletti, and Rev. Jesse L. July 1, 200718 yr I've got a horrible feeling his new album is going to be Invincible Part 2 :( I can't imagine he would be that stupid. He must be aware that this is meant to be one of the biggest combacks ever, and for him to success we need to hear classic MJ back again, and not r&b type of stuff. Not that I dislike Invincible, I really like it, but he needs to return with something groundbreaking like Billie Jean, Thriller etc. ^_^
