It def should have been a single a def number 1

Apparently this was due to be a double A side with Viva Forever, but because they were on tour at the time the girls didn't have time to make a video (which explains the video for Viva Forever).

they could have done a video for it without themselves as in viva forever

or done a live video!!!

It was meant to be a single as a double A side with "Viva Forever" as Nightcrawler said. However it was scrapped after Geri left, because of her vocals on the track which couldn't be re-recorded in time.
