There certainly ain't been much 'bouncin' today :(

I suprised myself how high I could jump :P

But I did manage to get near the front of the stage at the beginning for a couple of hours , and there were a lot of pink hats :P

 

I find it quite strange reading some of the comments about the concert. There's a lot of negative ones, perhaps I was at the wrong venue. :unsure: I had an amazing time :yahoo: :yahoo:

 

I saw no bored people, except for some that I felt sorry for that had a restricted view and were stuck in their seats.

I recorded the concert and watched some of it today, they hardly showed any footage of Metallica compared to what they did

 

Highlights for me, Madonna :heart:

Keane, :( they had problems with the sound, Tom mentioned it after the first song. I found it frustrating because I know how brilliant they sound live :wub:

Snow Patrol amazing :yahoo:

Foo Fighters :yahoo: :yahoo: brilliant, Ive never seen so many people jump up and down so much

Keane sounded fine on the telly Sparkle :o

I watched Keane this afternoon Jups, I still thought they were amazing, on and off the tv :wub:

but I saw them at Wembley arena this year also and the sound was so much better, Toms voice was much louder.

 

There were sound problems yesterday also for Genesis. Phil Collins said to the crowd that he couldnt hear himself sing :cry:

 

The guy from Razorlight and the lead singer of the Chilis said exactly the same. They couldn't hear themselves singing. :cry:

Hung Up was great. Hey You is just a boring song so not much you can do with it live.

 

All in all, she did an amazing job and I'm not a fan by any means but you've got to hand it to the woman, she's no spring chicken and she's still got it. Vocally she's not all that but she sure can put on a show.

The Foo Fighers impressed me so much I might just try and get tickets to see them in Dublin in August :D

Yep, I have quite a few of thier songs, they have a huge amount of amazing songs, shame they don't have a Greatest Hits yet though. A new album out later this year though :D

 

I have always liked them, but never in a million years expected them to be so bloody amazing live. :o

 

Btw, have you seen this site? You can watch every single live performance from all the concerts all over the world in full :o Croweded House were truely amazing, especially 'Fall At Your Feet' :wub: Just click on the country, and then the act and it allows you to watch every performance :D
