must admit, theres precious little i like there... some ok tracks but nothing to please old mushy.

teenybop was exploding with donny, michael and david cassidy swamping teen mags.

glamrock was in full swing with slade trex and sweet all charting plus that creep gary glitter was enjoying his first hit (as gg).

the awfulness that was sweet soul was starting to impact, the chi-lites and stylistics having early hits.

two of the 60's greats were having late hits... the kinks and the who (in fact 'join together' was the best thing the who had done since 'happy jack' imho).

another 60's group were enjoying their last hit, and kicking off the rock n roll revival that would see the likes of the rubettes, mud and showddywaddy becoming big..... the move, california man. roy woods last move hit before he went on to form 'wizzard' the ultimate glam/rock n roll band.
