- 3 strawberry chocolate things

- some dolly mixtures

- pasta and salad

- packet of crisps

- chicken fillet, chips and salad

- orange juice

- tea

- scone and jam

- a ripple

- hot chocolate

got to work, half hour later and was tucking into biscuits (nearly half a packet :cry: )

tuna, mayonaise, spring onion sandwiches

can of coke

packet of cheese n onion crisps

Mr kipling bakewell tart for pudding

afternoon tea break at work, kit kat

home: more biscuits

Shepherds pie

Thought about having ice cream but resisted

snack tonight, muller crunch corner rhubard crumble youghurt (buy 5 for £1.99 :P )
