#50. :( Pretty disgraceful, equalling their lowest chart position yet for 'Subhuman'. I was hoping it'd be quite a bit higher, not quite sure how Absolute Garbage will fare now.

I hope that helps, I don't see the album making the top 10 though somehow, maybe not even top 20. :(

To be fair, I think they could have released a stronger track to lead it off with as they are capable of more.

#50 :o

thats horrible, do be have no taste or what

Warner are pretty awful at advertising and promoting their artists tbf. Same sort of thing happened to Amarantine by Enya, hardly any promo or anything. Still went top ten though, and I expect Garbage to as well tbh.
I don't recall hearing the song on radio at ALL which can't have helped. I guess they're joining the growing number of 90s acts who people just don't pay attention to anymore. And very stupid people they are.

Fully agreed, David.

50..I can't believe it. :P

At HMV is #12  link (and it's new entry!)

Recorded especially for inclusion on their forthcoming Greatest Hits 'Absolute Garbage' the single has Garbage's inimitable hallmarks of an epic hook and Shirley Manson's soaring vocal style. As a result the single ranks alongside Garbage’s best material. The video for 'Tell Me Where It Hurts' was shot by award winning director Sophie Muller (Blur, Sugababes, PInk) and will be available on 7”, CD (both with brand new tracks – the CD with a spin off of the Pussycat Dolls 'Betcha') and DVD.

well #15 isnt that bad though it deserves alot higher
TMWIH is the best song from the today's charts (the next are: "Song 4 Mutya" by Groove Armada & Mutya Buena, "Come Tomorrow" by Chicane). #15 is pretty good for a song that isn't very catchy (it requires more listens to really appreciate it)
lets hope it breaks the top ten soon

Yes let's hope
