I went to the Kylie exhibition yesterday in Manchester and read that her first album apparantly entered the UK charts at no2 and then climbed to no1 later. I thought her first album entered at no1 but I could be wrong. Also, loads of other chart info was incorrect. They stated got to be certain spent 6 weeks at no2 and Cant get you out of my head stayed at no1 for 8 weeks (i wish) lol. Can anyone confirm?

I don't know about the debut album unfortunately. :( I'll try and find out.

 

You'd expect people who are supposed to know what they're talking about to get that sort of info correct though. :blink:

i remember reading it made a number 2 debut but i thought it climbed to number 1 the folowing week but it took seven weeks to get there, enjoy yourself definitly made a number 1 debut but i dont think her first greatest hits made a number 1 debut but maybe im wrong
