Sources say the pop princess will reveal her plans, including a new album and concert details, at her 20th anniversary party in London on Friday. The news comes as Britain's biggest girl band, the recently reformed Spice Girls, has announced it will tour Australia, starting in Sydney on January 17. Minogue has sent this message to family, friends and fans in Melbourne: "Thank you for being there every step of the way." A source said: "It is about recognising those who helped Kylie rise and survive. "But she won't dwell on the past too much. Kylie is always moving forward and looking to do the next thing.
