The Stars Come Out For A Showstopper NightAugust 04, 2007

Last night Hollyscoop was invited to an exclusive bash held at the ever chic Chateau Marmont hotel. The event celebrated the launch for the LORAC and Miss Davenporte collaboration of the "Showstopper Palette".

A big fan of the make up line is Ashey Olsen who we spotted at the event. The ever stylish starlet looked chic in the latest trend to hit Hollywood, the tee’s which she matched with a short leather skirt.

Another celebrity we spotted who is a fan of the showstopper Palette was “Soprano” star Jamie Lynn Sigler. What’s not to like about the color -coordinated collection of LORAC eye shadows and a blush to take you from natural soft beauty by day to smokey eye, red carpet glamour by night. The exterior of the palette is black beaded, vintage-esque material that reflects the chic, miss davenporte. style. The LORAC’s limited-edition SHOWSTOPPER Palette (SRP US: $35) is exclusively available at Sephora stores nationwide and Sephora.com.

Other stars we spotted at the Chateau included Dita Von Teese, Harry Morton, Michelle Rodriquez, Robbie Williams, Caroline D’amore, Ian Ziering among others.

David Beckham and Robbie Williams To Play Gay CoupleAugust 04, 2007

This one is juicy! We told you guys last week that 'Desperate Housewives' creator Marc Cherry said he was going to introduce a gay couple into his hit TV show, and according to new reports, that new gay couple is going to be Robbie Williams and David Beckham!

Cherry says, "David and Robbie are perfect to star as the new neighbors' best friends; the gorgeous, eccentric couple flown over from Blighty (Britain).

"We haven't had that kind of wow for the wives since Jesse Metcalfe left and we want it to cause such a stir when they turn out to be together.

"David's keen, but though the obvious choice was to work with Tom Cruise, we wanted someone who matches him in height and well, Britishness, so Robbie is the one. They're both funny, game for a laugh and ridiculously macho, so it should work wonderfully... the English are pitch-perfect for sending themselves up."

Hollyscoop spotted David Beckham with wife Victoria at the Chateau Marmont on Thursday evening having a dinner with a party that included fellow 'Desperate Housewives' member Eva Longoria and her husband Tony Parker, among others.

At several times throughout the night, Robbie would stop by their dinner table and talk to the group. They were probably exchanging ideas on how to be a fabulous gay couple on TV.

Another harshly written article <_<..... its a shame he can't play for a while :(

And a cracked rib must be really painful as ribs are the worst bone to break

With all due respect and I have none towards them 3 am wenches, they really should get up to date. That clip was from a game about a month ago, July 6th to be exact. His knee and his rib, I'm sure are better now ;)

As for Rob and Becks on Desperate Housewives ... that would be the only thing to get me to watch the show

TAKE THAT BACK

Robbie hints at reunion after secret LA meeting with Gary

The Mirror

On Take That's reunion tour Robbie Williams was replaced with a hologram - but now the man himself could be back for good.

Despite repeatedly snubbing requests to join the others, 33-year-old Robbie has given the clearest indication yet that he might have changed his mind.

We can exclusively reveal that peace-maker Mark Owen brokered a top-secret meeting between old rivals Gary Barlow and Robbie.

The three met for a chat over dinner at the posh Chateau Marmont Hotel in Los Angeles - and got on like a house on fire.

A fellow diner tells us: "There was no atmosphere between them. Robbie seemed dead chuffed they were there and gave them both a big hug. The three of them were then deep in conversation all night."

With his career currently in freefall, while his former bandmates - including Jason Orange and Howard Donald - are on a roll, Robbie will be seriously pondering whether to take up their latest offer to get back together.

A source reveals: "Since Take That split in 1995, Robbie enjoyed the lion's share of fame and success. But lately, things have taken a downward spiral for him while Take That's star has risen again. Robbie will not take any decision lightly but all indications are that he's seriously considering their offer this time around.

"Rebuilding his relationship with Gary is an important step in making this happen. Mark was delighted that the two could come together around a table."

Amazingly, that meal was only the second time that Gary and Robbie have seen one another in 11 years. When the pair last met at the Conrad Hotel in Chelsea Harbour, West London, last year - in an attempt to end their bitter feud - the atmosphere remained frosty.

But the hugs and banter suggests that this time they have buried the hatchet. That'll hopefully put the smile back on Robbie's face after a run of bad luck.

On Saturday he was "beyond depressed" after cracking a rib during a rough boxing match, crocking his knee - which will put him out of action with his beloved LA Vale football team for several months - and then getting laid low by a dodgy prawn dinner.

If Robbie does go back to the band, he will most likely join Take That on their much hyped autumn tour. Until then Rob, try to stay out of trouble..

Oh for heavens sake. Would someone shoot those bitches NOW. I am so sick of them. Will they ever stop with their stupidity and pathetic and completelly unprofessional witchhunt against Rob. I would just love to sit them both down and have them explain to me how Rob's carear is in the gutter while TT's star just continues rising. Let's do a comparison shall we.

Starting off with the massive hit that was Patience up against the massive flop that the single Rudebox apperently was. Patience went #1 in 4 countries and top 5 in four more, Rudebox went #1 in 8 coutnries (twice more) and top 5 in a further nine. Lovelight top 5 in 10 charts, Shine top 5 in four. TT's latest single 'I'd Wait For Life' did'nt go top 10 anywhere in the world, whilst She's Madonna was the biggest selling and most played track in all of Europe topping 3 charts, and going top 10 in a further 15 places.

Now lets compare the albums. Rudebox, the album that got zero promo went to number one in 14 countries, BW, an album with more promo than any other I can ever remember, only did in one country (the UK). Rudebox was the 18th best selling album worldwide of 2006 (and the biggest selling album by a solo artist outside the USA) whilst BW was'nt even top 50. BW sold 2.2m copies worldwide, a little over 400,000 outside the UK, Rudebox sold over twice that amount worldwide (4.5m) and a massive ten times more copies outside the UK. Now can someone please explain to me how anyone in their right mind can possibly say what they are saying when all the evidence proves Rob is the massive global superstar who can sell twice as many copies of an album without doing any work to promote it, whilst the UK is the only country TT enjoy a considerable amount of success?

Robbie and Take That star 'friends again'

iol.ie

Robbie Williams has finally made up with former Take That bandmate Gary Barlow.

The pair have been feuding ever since Williams quit the band over a decade ago.

But they recently met up in Los Angeles and buried the hatchet.

Barlow told GMTV: “Yes, we met. We had a great chat. He’s really well and we’re good buds again. It was the best meet-up we’ve had since 1996.”

But he denied rumours Williams will be getting back together with the band.

“No rejoin,” he insisted.

Take That have enjoyed a hugely successful comeback since reforming for a sell-out tour last year.

Williams was rumoured to be joining them – but fans had to make do with a hologram.

His reunion with Barlow raises hopes that he will make a special appearance during their next tour

Rob's spokesperson has denied the reuinion. It's about bloody time.

Robbie hints at Take That return

The Metro

Rumours are circulating that Robbie may rejoin Take That after a secret meeting with Gary Barlow.

The pair reportedly met up at a hotel in Los Angeles.

The meeting was organised by Mark Owen, according to reports.

Williams and Barlow have hardly spoken to each other in 11 years and there has been a long-running feud between them.

But a diner at the hotel told the the Daily Mirror that the pair hugged and seemed to be on good terms again.

Williams career has been on a downward spiral, while Take That are enjoying a return to the top of the charts with Patience and Shine.

But rumours that Williams could be about to rejoin the band are premature, according to his publicists.

But today a spokeswoman for Williams looed to calm the rumours claiming 'there is no truth in it that Robbie is getting back with Take That.'

We'll soon see.

Someone pass me a bucket, I just want to throw up. :puke2: :puke2: :puke2:

I can't begin to tell you how fed up and totally annoyed I am with the whole reunion speculation and most of all the rubbish talk of how TT enjoy "stellar" success while Rob's career is on a "downward spiral", give us a break

It's a good thing that this has officially been denied but I doubt the speculation will ever end as long as TT are around. -_-

So let me get this straight...

A gay Captain Kirk rejoining Take That and releasing a new album of his own

wow where does he get all this free time especially with all the injuries that the 3am witches say he has :P

complete c**p if you ask me

ROBBIE BACK WITH TAKE THAT?

Contactmusic

ROBBIE WILLIAMS may be finally turning to his old pals in a bid to rescue his flailing career, after a secret meeting with TAKE THAT star GARY BARLOW.

Robbie has repeatedly snubbed approaches by his former bandmates for a return to the all-conquering boy group, but the 33-year-old may have finally changed his mind, according to the Daily Mirror.

It claims that Gary and Robbie held a secret meeting after Take That pal MARK OWEN set the two up, with the three old friends eating dinner at the Chateau Marmont Hotel in LA.

An onlooker told the paper: "There was no atmosphere between them. Robbie seemed dead chuffed they were there and gave them both a big hug. The three of them were then deep in conversation all night."

Take That have managed a stupendous comeback after ten years apart, with two number one singles and a number one album, two sell-out tours and a Brit award to add to their collection.

Since Robbie left the group in 1995 he has enjoyed his own rise to fame, although since splitting from co-writer Guy Chambers, Robbie has struggled to impress and keep his solo career going.

The paper has suggested that Robbie could now be joining the group on stage for their upcoming autumn tour.

Since Robbie left the group in 1995 he has enjoyed his own rise to fame, although since splitting from co-writer Guy Chambers, Robbie has struggled to impress and keep his solo career going.

WHAT?!?!? How fukkin stupid are these people??????? Since splitting with Gyy he has stuggled to keep his carear going? Are they taking the bloody p***?? Since he split with Guy he has had his two biggest selling albums EVER (IC and GH), and has sold over 30m albums, more than he did in the 5 years he was with Guy.

ROBBIE BACK FOR GOOD?

Robbie Williams and Gary Barlow have made their peace after a friendly meeting in Los Angeles.

Popstar Williams and his former Take That bandmate have had tense relations since the solo star decided to quit the boyband.

Both began solo careers and had disputes about the break-up of the band and subsequent career directions.

But it seems the massive success of the Take That comeback has sobered Williams somewhat, with the pair enjoying a pleasant get-together.

Barlow told the GMTV: "Yes, we met. We had a great chat. He's really well and we're good buds again.

"It was the best meet-up we've had since 1996."

But although rumours of a reunion have already begun, Barlow ruled out the possibility of Williams being brought back into the Take That fold.

"No rejoin," the singer said.

There's no doubt Take That fans want Robbie back, but they may have to have a little patience.

There's no doubt Take That fans want Robbie back, but they may have to have a little patience.

Oh REALLY? That's news to me. Me thinks this idiot should go onto TT's official site and see how much their fans love Robbie.

And as for Borelow, honestly, why on earth he feels the need to contact GMTV to tell them he met up with Robbie is beyond me. And then people say it's Robbie who's the publicity seeker. It really is beggers belief.
