Posted August 10, 200717 yr I was think about something  .... Is it possible to make a subforum inside every forum on BJ, it would be like "Recycle Bin" for topics which are closed. So, when you open some forum you don't have to list all closed forums together with opened but if you want to see closed ones you just look at that "Recycle bin" and that's it. :w00t: :w00t: What do u think? Thank you :teresa:
August 10, 200717 yr Thanks Irene. If each forum has a 'Recycle Bin' that would be a lot of recycled bins and forum would look cluttered  Instead you can select in the forum view as follows. This is the default. ----- http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j313/predicta/BuzzJack/Topics_default.jpg ------ You can changed the option of what you want to view as follows: ------- http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j313/predicta/BuzzJack/Topics_select.jpg ------- If you select "Topics: Locked" in above list you can see all closed topics.
August 10, 200717 yr A single subforum (perhaps in the Lounge) featuring ALL closed topics on Buzzjack might be a better idea?
August 10, 200717 yr Author A single subforum (perhaps in the Lounge) featuring ALL closed topics on Buzzjack might be a better idea? That's not bad either All closed topics in one place so if u want to search for something you know where to find it :w00t:

August 10, 200717 yr Author I know that, but if you don't remember exactly the topic or where it was in which forum this would be easier?
August 11, 200717 yr A single subforum (perhaps in the Lounge) featuring ALL closed topics on Buzzjack might be a better idea? But if the topic was temporarily closed then Mods would need Admin/GM to move it back to their forum so it would be a pain
August 11, 200717 yr Author I didn't mean temporarily closed forums but CLOSED forums  They don't have to be moved around
August 12, 200717 yr If there was only one forum where all closed topics go then it would be very hard to search for posts cause normally you would search by artist / band and not in the bin. This would confuse many people cause someone will be like "there was this one topic in the anastacia forum and now its gone". I'd keep the closed topics in the related category cause then you can find it much easier. :D

August 12, 200717 yr What we done for B&I's and that, is we made like a "Anastacia Forum Bin" topic, and when they where finished we put the B&I in the "bin" as we say, and when it reached so and so posts, we locked it, unpinned it and then let it drift down the Ana Forum's page.
