That's not the best part of the city of course, but that's where I was. The best pictures (Kalemegdan and center of the city) I had on my old mobile phone, but I deleted them all.

Yes they are! It's not that scary. Just something like earthquake or another thing (which I'm not going to mention) can be very dangerous for people living in those.
