Some guy called Pieter Jan Brugge. It was his first film to direct. He usually produces, and produced classics such as Heat and The Insider. :o He should stick to producing. What an awful film. It was so boring and I kep waiting for something to happen, and when it finally did at the end, it made no sence and was pointless. <_<
