Maybe not in the 18th/19th century, but in the present day almost certainly. yeah i was highlighting the benefits we enjoy as a result of drug abuse! i certainly wouldnt argue that in todays world theres any benefits at all, au contraire, id suggest that drugs are at the root of most crime.
