September 4, 200717 yr I doubt they'll make number one - possibly top 10 but BW will go up in sales if they re-issue it with RTW as an extra track (and perhaps make Butterfly not so hidden). An American poster has just posted the lyrics on the IMDb message board for Stardust. A bit cheesey but he (and others) haveas said that the tune is good. Kathy
September 5, 200717 yr I think it will be a tough week. Take That could be either no1 or no2 due to Kylie being out. Saying that, nothing has been officially confirmed yet about the new kylie single.

I personally think its because you have'nt heard the song which is obviously going to be huge not only in the Uk but in a lot of other countries too. I personally think its because you have'nt heard the song which is obviously going to be huge not only in the Uk but in a lot of other countries too. A definite number one for Take That-there's no doubt about it. I think I'm just being a little bit cautious Locott - after IWFL (yes - I know that was an entirely different kettle of fish - but I really thought the excellent video they did for that song would push it higher than it eventually went - even if it wasn't my favourite song). I really want RTW to hit high in the charts. At least I now know what the lyrics are to it - am hoping the melody is good. There is quite a lot of interest in this song from American posters on the IMDb message board for Stardust ... begging to know where they can get the song from - they're most annoyed its not on the CD soundtrack to the film. I just get the feeling that by the time it is released (and US listeners get the chance to buy/download) the momentum will be lost. Speaking of IMDb - I've managed to get one US listener who'd never heard any of their stuff (apart from RTW) before to start listening to them - he actually likes Shine the best though from BW - which is a bit maddening - I was sure he'd like Patience best. September 8, 200717 yr I doubt McFly will get to number 1 on the same week. Their sales for the last couple of singles have been very low around the 30k mark and I'm sure the hype of the new kylie and take that singles will do better.

If it doesn't get to no.1.

Fair enough - the guy on IMDb did say that they were what he could recall of the song after two or three viewings (I think he only stayed for the credits as a favour to me - because I kept badgering him - he's not a great fan of bands like Take That). The only reason I think they'll struggle for nubmer one is the competition they have that week. What are the lyrics then? Have you had a sneak preview of the actual thing?
