Yes. its actualy a quite mature change for them and is actually a very good song if you forget who is singing it.

I think it will appleal to the casual record buyer as well as thier fans, and is a definate dark horse for the number one slot that week

 

I think Leona but i haven't heard the Take That song yet - so who knows. But i'll be shocked if McFly get it this time - as sales i presume of the other two will be extremely high

Mcfly sold over 50k last year with star girl

last oct Mcfly did a big promo 3 for £5,4 signings,

and they haven't done that since but this single they have much,much bigger promo

 

Mcfly know they have big comp that week and they have said they will do massive promo

No Mcfly have said they will NOT move the single release date

infact they are also sticking to the album release date on 5th nov up against the spice girls

i think mcfly are the weakest of the 3, leona is still strongest but take that have the better song. it will be interesting to see the promo wars between the 3. we know leona has the best promo spot....the x-factor slot. lets say 9 million people watch it, if just 1% of the viewers buy it simon will have 90k worth of sales. i can't see her being beaten

Of those three songs I've only heard Mcfly's so far, which is one of their better efforts. Surely it's going to be Leona though, with all the hype surrounding her.

Could you imagine how many people will go to see Stardust when it comes out ? If only 10% of them but it, Take That will easily outsell Leona and probably stay at number one for several weeks....
