January 10, 200817 yr its just not the same without Jack :( But I still love it :D Brilliant episode tonight
January 10, 200817 yr Great tonight! That bloody Bolton kid doesn't half get one my nerves though, init! :kink:
February 15, 200817 yr a good idea let down by glareing innaccuracies. a good drama has to be realistic, believeable, waterloo road lets itself down with pretty silly mistakes. that supply teacher who turned out to be an imposter... how come he knew the syllabus? what happened to the REAL supply teacher? what perv would go to all the trouble of seducing a young female only to dump her after he had his way?... and that teacher who gave him a good smack would have ALSO been arrested for abh!!! neil morrisey is good though, but the whole 'ex prossy' thing is too far fetched.
February 15, 200817 yr I love this now, I didn't really like it, and I haven't watched the first two series, but I really like the third.
March 13, 200817 yr What a stunning closing episode tonight! I feel like this entire series has been great. The quality of the acting has improved dramatically. They need to give Jasmin a bigger storyline next series though, or get rid, and same with Matt. Rachel is great - is she dead?! :( She only ever lasts a series in everything she's in! Bad Girls too. Anyway Waterloo Road is back for a 4th series this winter. Oh, and I forgot to mention that Davina is a goddess! I seriously adore her. Edited March 13, 200817 yr by Jark

I only just realised that terrible bully character is Zaraah Abrabhams. And is anyone else thinking re Rachel/Eddy- JUST SHAG ALREADY?
March 14, 200817 yr entertaining seriese let down by GLAREING reality discrepancies. whoever wrote the seriese obviously knows very little about how schools REALLY run. theres no way on earth could an ex prossy hide her true identity and rise to become head teacher.. all education employees HAVE to have a criminal records check, which is very detailed. ....and that fire door being chained and locked?.... NO WAY ON EARTH! that would be totally illegal and would never be accepted by the fire officers who do regular checks, let alone staff concerned about safety. that girl who was seduced by that perv?... laughing and joking like it never happened... utter rubbish! you just have to know victims to know that her storyline is bollox... good idea, ok characters, let down totally by unrealistic research into the subject. a GOOD drama or comedy HAS to be believeable.
March 14, 200817 yr I hope Rachel isn't dead  I cling to hope  (and I didn't like when she first came in to it ) Winter seems so far away :(
March 14, 200817 yr entertaining seriese let down by GLAREING reality discrepancies. good idea, ok characters, let down totally by unrealistic research into the subject. a GOOD drama or comedy HAS to be believeable. Don't be ridiculous! There could be inaccuracies far worse than what Waterloo Road has. The series is entertaining and for a Shed Productions show (previous credits are Bad Girls, Footballers Wives and now Rock Rivals) it is refreshingly un-trashy. It mixes light humour and serious issues shockingly well and has, I'm sad to say, made me pretty emotional several times. It also depicts pretty realistic exchanges between teenagers which is something TV nearly always fails at. The main thing is the drama appeals to such a wide age range and is just fantastic.
