Two new UK dates have been added to the Spice Girls' tour because of "phenomenal public demand".

The new dates, on January 15 and 16, are at the 02 Arena in London.

Tickets will go on sale from 10am on Saturday from the 02 Arena on a "first come, first served" basis.

Organisers said 12 UK shows have already been sold out through the website http://www.thespicegirls.com - which means "over 140,000 frenzied fans desperate to see the Girls".

Tickets for their December 15 show sold out in just 38 seconds and were appearing on eBay, asking fans for as much as £750.

Tickets for the US leg of the tour also go on sale on Saturday and are expected to sell out immediately, organisers said.

Scary, Sporty, Ginger, Posh and Baby Spice launch their world tour in Vancouver, Canada, on December 2.

They will also perform in cities including Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York, San Jose, Shanghai, Madrid, Beijing and Cape Town, the concerts being the first time the Spice Girls have been on stage together since Geri Halliwell quit in May 1998.

It is crazy, but im happy there is a big demand. Everyone complained about only 1 date. At least most people will have a chance of seeing them now :)

just tried to get some of these and i had the front of block C, and i typed my postcode in wrong and ran out of time and now i cant get any better than the ones ive already got. aww well. i tried :(
theyve added ANOTHER 2 dates on the 18th and the 20th. which i missed. so annoyed.
Eeeek at this rate they will be playing my birthday (24th). The 22nd has been added. !!!!

This is getting ridiculous! :o

At this rate everyone in London will be going and it will be more exclusive not to have a SG ticket than to have one :P!!!
