they've given someone else a load of c**p saying there's a huge backlog of orders.

 

So how do they explain people's boxsets arriving in the Phillipines, Malaysia, Chicago, and Australia :angry:

Why did Amazon send you an email saying the gift pack has been dispatched when clearly it hasn't or it would have arrived? They are screwed up totally! HMV and Amazon are as bad as eachother!

i got a reply about the gift pack, problem is it wasn't my order number :manson: even though I clearly told them my number! Email #2 :angry:

Ironic thing is it looks like TNT have lost someone else's gift pack. The same couriers that lost 25 million people's details in the post :lol:

got an email back about MY order :cheer: I have to wait until the end of the 27th and then click a link on my email to let them know if it still hasn't arrived. If not, they'll send another one at a cost to themselves.
