I think the audience would get bored in the solos. The causual audience who are just going out of interest (unlike the hardcore fans) would just want the experience of seeing the SG. They couldn't care less about solo stuff (as seen in the fact none of their solo stuff is doing well lately)! I think solo stuff should be limited to Mel C as support act and that is it!!

 

I really can't believe Mel C would pass up the chance to be support in these gigs cuz she would be playing to huge numbers of people generating huge interest in her music - people who haven't paid attention to it in years. I really think she might do it! When I saw Blue once, Simon came on with the support act - so it's not unheard of.

I don't think it's a good idea to have either of the girls as a support act, should be someone else.

You want to build up the tension, having a Spice as support act kills that tension IMO.

LOL! I feel bad cuz I kinda stopped buying all the solo stuff ages ago. I have all Mel C's albums, but don't have probably more than half her singles. And as for the others I have only their debut solo albums - after those I didn't bother with the rest. I would have bought Victoria's if she had released a second one though.

I really want to get this album now and be in this exclusive club :lol: ! I have always fancied getting it so just might. I'm going to buy Emma's other 2 album's I don't have too! Think I'll pass on Geri's though cuz not been keen on any of her solo stuff really (except 'Look at Me' and 'Mi Chico Latino'!!

I agree. A good idea might be to have a medley of the solo songs. One minute of one song each, so it would satisfy the hardcore fans, but wouldn't bore the casual audience.

No way should Mel support. That would kill the excitment seeing her before they come out together

Mel C as support would be better than a DJ surely? Sure it would kill the suprise though I guess :(. Plus Mel C would have to find loads more energy doing not only all the SG, but also 30mins solo set each night!

 

I was saying on another forum that SG should get some other 90's acts to support them like S Club, or Steps etc :lol:! That would be really cool I think!

I need both Mel B's, Victorias Album(s), 2 of Geris, 2 of Mel C's, All of Emmas.

It took me a while to get into Life in Mono, but now I likey alot :wub:

I've love them to sing solo songs, especially Geri, Victoria and Emma. Maybe Victoria is moaning about it because she'd have to carry a song on her own, live. Geri will probably get her own way anyway, like she always does.
