October 8, 200717 yr yeah its a good show, ive recorded it onto 4 hour disc. B)-->QUOTE(Dave B @ Oct 8 2007, 08:08 PM) 1499589[/snapback]No Elvis Mikey. The rules are really easy...... Old video they dig it out. so lets hope siniitta or blackbox dont rechart as they know where to get them asap
October 8, 200717 yr Did they not just show it.. and then play the top 10 again  They did that on the box
October 8, 200717 yr The novelty will wear off after a few weeks. At least it's there if the new Sunday presenters make a complete mess of it. I wonder what they are paying OCC for the rights. Commercial broadcasters don't normally get the rights to the official chart.
October 8, 200717 yr Author Radio 1 should snap up David Kelly to present the chart show on a Sunday, he did a grand job at presenting it.
October 9, 200717 yr I loved this show yesterday... It was great to see all the videos.... I only have Freeview, which means my music channels are restricted to the Hits and TMF..... so needless to say I normally don't watch them as they play the same 10 videos over and over.... So it was great to see different stuff on the Hits for a change.. I will be tuning in again next week...
October 9, 200717 yr I enjoyed it, apart from on occasion it got some basic facts wrong. For instance, Sean Kingston was at 4 last week, not 2. But it's nice to have a show like this on TV, so I'll be tuning in next week...
October 9, 200717 yr But why stick with the Top 40 Countries such as Germany Holland & US use the Top 100 What they usually do is play the complete Top 50 plus new entries & climbers from 51-100 making a 4 hour show. Why can't they do that here.

Why can't they do that here. My answer to that would be: BE GRATEFUL FOR WHAT YOU'VE GOT. A fortnight ago, we didn't even have this. So I'm going to just be glad we have something resembling a chart show on TV, instead of complaining about what it's not...
October 9, 200717 yr It's great to have the music channels playing the top 40. Fond memories of Hitlist UK!! No Elvis!!! Not fair! :o
October 9, 200717 yr I watched some of the top 20 which was repeated on The Hits this morning. It was very good but I would never need to both watch this and listen to the chart show

October 22, 200717 yr Can't really fault this show. Nice to see they're letting the countdown speak for itself and not trying to be clever. (Hello, Radio 1!) There's been the odd "last week position" error here and there, but I'm willing to forgive. When the Elvis re-issues are over in December we should get a full forty, and what a festive forty that will be with all the oldies coming back!!
October 23, 200717 yr Katie Melua's track should be re-named 'If I Were A Plank of Wood' i always thought he would need the wood to nail her, rather than her nailing him if he was wood.
October 24, 200717 yr I really enjoyed watching this - can't bear listening to the chart on radio 1 so this is a great idea. Plus, because we don't have freeview/sky at uni I don't get to see new videos on telly anymore, so when I go home I can make sure I catch the chart to see new songs/videos :D I think it's also repeated Saturday afternoon (on the Hits anyway)
