Where the hell was Audrey & Bill during christmas dinner today :o

I loved the Tony scenes eps when he put Jed in the box LOL.

But overall it was abit meh this year :( the worst one in fact... My fave was a few years ago when David spoilt Xmas. Dinner at Gails's was NOT good enough this year

So we're left wondering! Did Tony drive Jed to Wigan ... or did he kill him after all?

Another brilliant episode tonight.

 

I thought the scenes of the stag night were a bit surreal. In parts it reminded me of Wallace & Gromit's The Wrong Trousers!

I hope she's gone away forever ... awful character. Having said that, Margi Clark is a bit of a one-trick-pony. I was so full of hope after I saw her in Letter To Brezhnev but she seems to play the same character again and again. I'm certain if it wasn't for her play-writer brother she'd never have got in the business to begin with.

Oh come off it Pete! There's nothing to destroy. Everyone who watches Coronation Street ... wants Tony to get away with it! Maria is a ridiculous character and has been for years .... and the actress who plays here is dreadful. I have to laugh in one of the Sunday mags ... Samia Smith (Maria) was saying how people in the street know she's telling the truth and they want Tony to get his 'come-uppance' ... but they DON'T ... they want him to get away with it ... and with a bit of luck ... dispose of her at the same time. In real-life ... murderers get away with it all the time ... even in Eastenders ... correct me if I'm wrong ... but Phil Mitchell has killed a few people (one poor homeless bloke he burned to death years back at the car lot!) But no ... in Corrie ... they have to do the honourable thing and have Tony brought to justice!

 

As bad as it is ... Corrie is leaps and bounds ahead of EE! Who is that ugly tart 'marisa?' in EE? I watched it tonight ... how old is she supposed to be ... I'm assuming she's supposed to be youngish as she's hanging around with that little toe-rag Jay ... yet she looks at least 45 years old. Another 'gobby' young EE character.

I'm actually liking that new Morton character the one with crutches atm makes me laugh.

Thank God this Tony Gordon murder story is gradually coming to a conclusion.

It's been going on for too long. I am a Corrie fan, but have not bothered watching it since Christmas.

This storyline has got a real bore.

 

I for one don't want him to get away with it.

 

Once this storyline has ended I'll start watching again.

Anyone else think it was a breath of fresh air on mondays episode seeing Sophie Webster's scene, usually I can't stand her but now I'm glad someone else is getting their own storyline, although the guy she likes is totally unbelievable and just not real. :lol:
