Not proven basically means the jury isn't convinced either way. But the end result is that the defendant walks and can't be tried again for the same crime. :wacko:

That's terrible.....imagine that he's innocent but "some people" weren't sure.....they'll have to live with not proven for the rest of their lives :o :cry:
