Scottish singing sensation, Michelle McManus, releases her new single ‘Just For You’ as a download on the 5th November. Co-written with Madonna’s production team, Michelle returns with this upbeat track proving her versatility as a singer in today’s predictable music scene. Whether she was putting her individual stamp on classics such as Nina Simone’s ‘Feeling Good’ or powerfully belting out ‘All This Time’, Michelle shocked the record industry when over six million voted for her to become the winner of ‘Pop Idol 2’. After a number one single and album, she has carved herself a credible acting career, with her most recent role being ‘Mary’ in the musical ‘Discotivity’, where she received heavy critical acclaim. Losing an inspirational ten stone, Michelle has also released a bestselling book and DVD. A regular on Scottish radio, with shows on both ‘Radio Clyde’ and BBC Scotland, it had been reported that Michelle had made well over a million since coming into the limelight. Not bad for somebody who is constantly portrayed as a failure by the media!

‘Just For You’ is out as a download on the 5th November which will be followed by Michelle’s new album ‘Dancing To A Different Beat’ in 2008. Michelle will be headlining at G.A.Y at the Astoria next Saturday!

'Just For You' is out on Monday!

really :o

i thought it had been pushed back as there has been 0 promo

Good luck to the girl - I admire her tenacity - she's done quite well for herself and having the will-power to lose as much weight as she has has got to be applauded. She's a fighter.
II like Michelle, great personality, and very fun, she will NEVER be successful. Shame :(
Lack of promotion is going to make this a flop - she didnt even sing it or they didnt even show a clip of it when she was on tv today
I really like Michelle's bubbly personality. Though she hasn't a great voice it's as good as many females in the charts today. Shame she wasn't given much support after she won the show.
