I can tell you it's not true for sure, Giving you up fell from #8 to #20 for the second week, which is 4 places more than this fall, and quick falling in the second week, unfortunately, has been a long tradition for Kylie's chart history, except for this comeback and heavily promoted single, like RBW which only suffered 3 places fall in UK.
