Posted November 8, 200717 yr Here's the official interview: Ah yes, which is due in March? That’s right. There was talk of getting it out before Christmas, but it was looking like being too much of a rush. I’m so happy that it’s gone back to next year. I don’t really like working under pressure like that. We’ve done the photoshoot for the cover and that looks really good, but I just needed more time to get a couple of new songs together. Doesn’t that mean you’ll be engaged in some sort of family chat battle with your husband? Ha ha! the Feeling’s album should be out around that time too so, yes, I suppose I will. Bring it on! And the greatest hits is co-inciding with your re-arranged tour. Yeah, exactly. Have you started recording the new songs for it? I’ve done some work with Cathy Dennis and Calvin Harris. That’s been great. I really like both of them. How many new songs will be on there? I think it’ll be two, but I want it to be the right two. And I still don’t know what to do as the second disc. It looks like it’ll either be B-sides and covers or the videos. Maybe the people reading this could let us know what they think on the message board. Which would you prefer? At the moment, I think the bonus material. Because you can get all the videos on YouTube anyway. But it’s nice to be able to watch them in top quality on your telly. Good point. Let’s see what the fans say! Will there be songs from theaudience on there? Yes. I’m not sure how many, but I think there should be at least one. I think i'd prefer to have a bonus disc with the following: 1. Never Let Me Down 2. Live It Up - poppy version NOT acoustic 3. The Earth Shook The Devils Hand 4. Yes Sir, I Can Boogie 5. Down With Love 6. Move To The Music 7. Here's To You - previously unreleased on CD 8. Duel 9. One Way Or Another 10. Want You More 11. Dear Jimmy - proper version 12. Colour Me In - previously unreleased 13. Dontcha Wanna Get Crazy - previously unreleased 14. Fame - cover track 15. Music Took My Man - previously unreleased
November 8, 200717 yr Songs from theaudience? How random  What's so random about it? It's the band she was in, in the late 90s. On the bonus disc, I'd like at least a few of the TTLF leftovers as there were so many!
November 9, 200717 yr Im sure she did a similar interview a month or 2 ago! maybe she repeats herself hehe Cant wait for the album - its good it is 2CDs - it will show off what shes actually done and not just what people can remember - which isnt many songs
November 9, 200717 yr Im sure she did a similar interview a month or 2 ago! maybe she repeats herself hehe Cant wait for the album - its good it is 2CDs - it will show off what shes actually done and not just what people can remember - which isnt many songs Nope I just think it's the same interview lol :P
November 9, 200717 yr Ohhhh lol I didnt read it all then silly me ha I wonder if there will be any videos on it?
November 10, 200717 yr What's so random about it? It's the band she was in, in the late 90s. On the bonus disc, I'd like at least a few of the TTLF leftovers as there were so many! I know what it is :P It's random because they had less than five hits I'm sure? And did any of them make Top 30?
November 10, 200717 yr The CD is all about her career - so it would only be right to have theaudience songs on it
November 10, 200717 yr Except for the fact I've never even heard the NAME of one their songs, let alone heard one of the songs themselves. I can guarantee no one other than hardcore fans know who they are. It's obviously just a way of boosting the GH, since she doesn't have enough hits to fill it.
November 10, 200717 yr Yeah.....and thats why its having two CDs? There are plenty of songs - and fans will know a couple of theaudiences songs - I Got the Wherewithal, If You Can't Do It When You're Young, When Can You Do It? theres more but I cant remember but they are the most popular ones. The album is about her career - it would be strange for 1 or 2 not to be on there Edited November 10, 200717 yr by designer_label
November 10, 200717 yr Yeah.....and thats why its having two CDs? Be a little love and count how many "Greatest Hits" Sophie has, not including the flops from her past. Enough for one CD? Barely. Oh and btw, there aren't more. Only three theaudience songs ever charted - I hope she's not going to put songs on which didn't chart too because it'll just be a commercial catastrophe tbh :( It will be interesting to hear her older songs though! ^_^ Another CD to go on my list.
November 10, 200717 yr Greatest Hits - or best of album - whatever its going to be called. Obviously its not going on chart positions. There are plenty of songs that fans will know Groovejet - if this aint love Murder on the dancefloor Get over you Take me home Music gets the best of me Mixed up world I wont change you Catch you Me and my imagination today the suns on us Plus 2 theaudience songs That is enough for cd1 - and even all the other tracks for the bonus... 1. Music Took My Man - previously unreleased Obviously there are enough songs for the cd- or they would not of said its a 2cd for a start Oh and theres all the other songs that fans love - like If you go and songs from the 3 albums Edited November 10, 200717 yr by designer_label
November 12, 200717 yr Wow, this looks like to be a good import for me to buy! Edited November 12, 200717 yr by Music Maniac
