the top 5 is all new entries so competition is stuff but Leona is chalking up massive sales,i think the spice girls will hold number 2 and hopefllu sell at least 70,000 this week

70k is a complete rubbish flop imo :o A year ago that wouldn't have made #1 :o (And it won't this time either, but what I'm saying is, they should be capable of easily getting #1-worthy sales).

I want it to be no1 cos of there massive comeback/reunion etc :(

i think its funny really, for years people have wanted the spice girls comeback

and when it happens it isnt that big success everyone would expect

as in terms of the single and album sales are hugel;y disappointing,the tour well makes up for it though

people aren't bothered about getting a CD with all the hits on they already have when they've been bankrupt by the tour prices :kink: My pockets have been well and truly stretched even though Headlines and the GH are mine all mine! :lol:

well the cd is imporatnt in its on way too dont forget

the album is new at number 9 in Ireland this week

the album isnt doing nearly aswell as expected but i do think over christmas it will have big sales

Its not doing that badly its just missing out cos of Leona - no big deal :)

 

Considering most of us already own all them songs on the album anyway its doing REALLY well

usually greatest hits like this sell loads in the first week,the album has average sales ,i really expected far higher first week sales

I'm happy with #2 and sales of around 70k because I know around xmas time it's gonna sell BUCKET LOADS & hit the top spot.
